This property is most suitable for couples or small families. Children are welcome. Pets, smoking, and celebrating events are not allowed. On-site yoga/tai chi/meditation classes and traditional Chinese medicine (acupuncture) treatments are available upon request. The cozy holiday home “Aloe” is located in Son Serra de Marina, Mallorca, and it impresses guests with its spacious outdoor area and its excellent location near the beach. This 2-storey house consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms (3 with 2 single beds each; one with a double bed), as well as 3 bathrooms, and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and a washing machine. The house offers a spacious private garden with a barbecue, a furnished terrace that can be covered with an awning in particularly warm days, and sun loungers where you can relax with a good book. Due to its excellent location you will find a selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes within walking distance, while the closest beach, Platja de S’Home Mort, is just 700m away (9 minutes walking). In fact, you can see the ocean from some rooms on the second floor. The capital of the island, Palma de Mallorca, and its international airport can be reached after one hour driving (65.7km). You can park on the street. Although the house does not have air conditioning, it is very cool in summer there is an electric heating system to use in winter for an additional cost.
